12/07 VICS established VICS AsiaPacific in Beijing, and designated eBizprise and eBizserve, a branch of eBizprise, as the secretariat for VICS AisaPacific to promote the collaboration and standard application between United States and AsiaPacific.

VICS AsiaPacific will also act as a CPFR/Collaboration Certification center for the China region and designated eBizcovery/eBizserve as VICS AsiaPacific office.

eBizprise wins 2007 Best Third-Party Technology Provider from VICS Association.
This year, VICS and GSI designed and hosted U connect Conference in Florida and had a perfect ending. Over 1700 supply chain professionals and well-known companies such as Wal-mart, Best Buy, Target, Kimberly-Clerk, HP and P&G attended U connect Conference 2007. Through this year's conference, across industrial professionals and business participants learn business processes and technology applications which make supply chain more efficiency. Learning topics include: Data Synchronization, Industry Standardization. eBizprise was honored Best Third-Party Technology Provider in VICS 2007 annual meeting.

eBizprise helped China Metal Product Co., Ltd., maker of metal parts for automobiles, establish a global logistic management system. This project focused on building a platform which horizontally integrated all the suppliers. Through this platform, China Metal Product co., Ltd is able to sell its products in the global marketplace and be a direct supplier of well-known global OEM manufacturers. The platform is also equipped with five modules to strengthen the vertical integration of its value chain, which collects important information (distribution, orders execution, customer claims tracking, and oversea VMI warehouse) for decision making. Through the establishment of a global logistics intelligence center, the China Metal Product co., Ltd., successfully improved on-time order delivery , lowered inventory levels, and increased the quality of products and services,

eBizprise helped Prohealthcare, Inc., a branch of Maywufa Corporation, integrate its healthcare distribution chain, which closely links patients with the healthcare system and promotes large hospital new community care service model. The prescription refill service model for future patients with chronic diseases includes : (1) Establish a strategic collaboration model between hospitals and community pharmacies to carry out “prescription release”. (2) Establish a front-end patients' service model to improve the image of the family pharmacist in the community pharmacies. (3) Establish back-end healthcare service model to ensure on-time deliver of medicines. Through the “Prohealthcare Medical Process” platform, medical clinics/ hospitals provide participant chronic patients' personal and prescription information to the headquarters of Prohealthcare. Prohealthcare not only creates patient medical history database and refill reminder service for its community pharmacies but also evaluate the product demand for the drug suppliers. Through the collaboration with hospitals, community pharmacies provide personal hygiene and health care consulting, refill prescriptions and provide follow-up reminder service to the chronic patients through patients' database. The Prohealthcare platform allows related personnel access to the system to obtain reports for decision making. Prohealthcare medical process improves the medical service of patients with chronic diseases; move toward to a complete patient community care. The solution provides a health supply/demand distribution channel and carries out the government's policy of releasing prescription.

eBizprise helped Thunder Tiger Corp., the largest radio control model manufacturer in Taiwan, establish a global logistic integration process. eBizprise CPFR solution is a consumer centric business process. Thunder Tiger collaborates with its global dealers to obtain information about brand marketing, sales delivery and customer service. Through CPFR solution, Thunder Tiger interacts directly with the model players to understand their demand characters and feedback information to the company for further brand marketing and R&D. Through the global logistic integration process, Thunder Tiger shares players' information and after-sale maintenance information to local dealers, with the goal of improving local customer service level, maintenance capability and creating a win-win game for all participants.

eBizprise helped, G-music (TCR/Rose) , the largest Taiwanese record chain distributor, develop CPFR model for its record distribution in order to solve the problem of inventory and improve turnover rate, furthermore, to integrate the supply chain of Asia music and develop physical distribution value-added service. By using the CPFR solution, TCR/Rose expects to corporate with music production companies and brings the Asia record companies to global market and be the global provider of Asia digital music.

eBizprise helped Taiwanese leading automotive distributor, Hotai Motor, implement a CPFR parts supply chain collaboration solution. The CPFR collaboration solution accelerates the supplier's material procurement and order fulfillment process while reducing the frequency of emergency orders. The solution also integrates the retailers' customer demand with the manufacturers' sale/distribution plan to eliminate stores' out of stock rate and inventory cost. We expect, through establishing real time demand/supply synchronized forecast mechanisms, all the participants' (suppliers, Hotai Motor, retailers) customer service will improve.

eBizprise helped Watsons Inc., the well-known drugstore chain distributor, develop its own collaborative value chain system. Watsons was the first private label products drugstore chain distributor in Taiwan to market globally. CPFR information sharing and synchronized forecast functions give suppliers a better visibility of changes in customer demand resulting from the front-end promotions and product variety. CPFR solution shortens the order fulfillment lead time, increases the number of inventory turns, reduces out of stock rate of promotional items, and improves on time deliveries and revenue for both Watsons and its suppliers.
