Introduction
Ever since college, Dr. Wenwey Hseush has devoted himself tirelessly in the research and development of Internet and Collaborative Commerce during which he published numerous important articles in related journals. After obtaining Information Engineering degree from National Taiwan University and Computer Science PhD from Columbia University, he was able to join the ranks of experts and work with distinguished companies such as Lehman Brothers and Paine Webber. With those invaluable experiences, he successfully created Timecruiser Computing Corporation in 1995, which specialized in Java application and Campus Enterprise Portal development.

In 1999, Dr. Hseush became VP of Computer Associate, followed by his appointment as CTO of the Computer Associate joint venture investment holding company in Asia. During that time, Dr. Hseush was responsible for the technical support of more than 20 other joint venture companies in the region. In 2000, Dr, Hseush founded eBizprise Inc. and became chairman of the company. With his considerable experiences in collaborative commerce, Dr. Hseush has led eBizprise to actively pursue the development of Supply Chain Collaborative Commerce. After 8 years of painstaking effort, eBizprise has become one of the most distinguished software consulting companies in Asia with clients from logistics, textile, chemical, machinery, telecommunications, automotive, medical services and even government agencies and universities. eBizprise is one of the few companies with the ability to span across electronic business, software, computer systems and collaborative commerce. Recently Dr. Hseush was certified by VICS (Voluntary Interindustry Commerce Solutions) Organization, becoming the first CPFR^® Certification Program facilitator in Taiwan.

Dr. Hseush believes that changes in supply chain are the results of globalization and the ever changing consumer behavior. In such a specialized world today, Asia is becoming a significant production power to be reckoned with; this is clearly visible in the production growth of countries such as China, Vietnam and Russia. The collaboration between supplier, seller and consumer is essential in the development of new consumer products and efficient transportation of raw material, semi finished product and finished product from Asia to the rest of the world is the perfect example of supply chain management operating at its fullest potential.
