eBizprise helped Taiwan's leading automotive distributor, Hotai Motor, implement a CPFR parts supply chain collaboration solution. The CPFR collaboration solution accelerates the supplier's material procurement and order fulfillment processes while reducing the frequency of emergency orders. The solution also integrates the retailers' customer demand with the manufacturers' sale/distribution plan to eliminate stores' out of stock rate and inventory cost.
